Student Climate Survey
Families, please remind your students to complete the student survey ASAP! Students may access the survey with the link or QR code below.

To be clear, we are being challenged to have the goal of getting 90% of our students to respond, so please strongly encourage students to participate by giving feedback, thanks!

The school climate survey for students is open from now through Feb 16th!

Students! Thank you in advance for participating in this survey. Your honest feedback will help us to know what we're doing well and in what areas we need to improve. The survey should take you around 5 minutes to complete. Please answer questions as well as you can. Also, you may skip any question you do not want to answer. Thank you in advance for your help and honesty---your voice matters! Please follow this school-specific link

Hazen Help
Hazen Help offers after school tutoring via our Hazen Help Program. Hazen Help is offered Mondays – Thursdays from 2:30pm – 3:00pm in the Library. Hazen Help is open to all Hazen Students with an emphasis on 11th/12th grade math and science, however we aim to support all Hazen Students. Specific content area support is offered based on the attached informational flyer. Please encourage your student(s) to attend for academic support and to reinforce successful school habits.

Tardy Procedure
Students who are coming in late to school – at any time in the day – need to check in with the attendance office before going to class, no matter if the tardy is excused or unexcused. (examples of excused: doctor’s appt, or late bus)

This means that if students walk into the front door, or finish breakfast in the cafeteria at 7:21, they need to first go to the attendance office and check in to get a pass to class.

Students who arrive late to school and do not have a pass from the attendance office, will be redirected by their teacher to go to the attendance office for a pass.
