Parent School Work Authorization Forms

Teen Labor, LNI, has made decisions on student work hours during this closure and Parent/School Work Authorizations and they are as follows:

• Employers may use the Summer Parent/Work Authorization form while schools are closed
  • Parent/Employee are encouraged to keep a copy for your records.
     
• The regular Parent/School Work Authorization form will need to be initiated once schools are open. 
  • Students will leave the form in the WSL box, in each Career Center.
  • Will be processed and ready for pick up within two school days.
